While Empowerment is continuing to build its library. The Colonial Heights, which is located at 4799 Stockton Blvd Sacramento, CA 95820, which houses over 22,000 volumes of books with asset to additional libraries for reference, is available for Empowerment students for research.

The Director of the library has given permission for Empowerment students to use the library for their research projects. This places the seminary in a great advantage regarding research materials.
